1996.7至今    鞍山师范学院任教，2003年晋升副教授，2016年晋升教授；其中2010年1月-2013年4月任教务处副处长。

研究工作经历

主要研究领域为色谱传质动力学。对包含孔内传质过程的GR模型（General Rate Model）在模型参数的辨识、模型求解以及模型对于复杂系统的应用等方面完成了大量工作。在反复试验及大量计算的基础上，提出新的简便易行的参数辨识方法，并揭示了外部传质阻力的机理。此外，提出了等效模型用以简化GR模型的计算，从而能将GR模型及对孔内传质过程的考虑应用于模拟移动床（SMB）这一复杂色谱系统，探究孔内传质对SMB可分离区间及操作参数的影响规律。2011-2012年间在美国田纳西大学化学系国际色谱界著名科学家Geroges Guiochon教授的研究小组做博士后研究工作，在此期间，得以进一步深化此前应用色谱谱带三次中心矩的测量和计算结果探究色谱孔内传质机理的研究，并在化学类二区杂志Journal of Chromatography A发表两篇研究论文。

研究成果

主持辽宁省自然科学基金项目——孔内传质对模拟移动床分离过程影响的研究（20102002），并已顺利结项。
