齐海成（1980.03），博士，副教授，硕士生导师，物理学院副院长。

2007年3月硕士毕业于长春理工大学物理电子学专业，2007.3开始任教于鞍山师范学院物理系，2017年12月博士毕业于大连理工大学等离子体物理专业。
